WCTA, ATRF partnering with Turf & Rec for Calgary’s Rental Mart/Turf & Rec Show

September’s Rental Mart + Turf & Rec Show has welcomed two new partnering organizations for the Calgary event.

The Western Canada Turfgrass Association (WCTA) and Alberta Turfgrass Research Foundation (ATRF) are joining Turf & Rec for Canada’s largest equipment rental show, Sept. 11-12 at the BMO Centre at Calgary’s Stampede Grounds.

The biennial event is coming to Western Canada for the first time in its near 30-year history. Toronto has traditionally been the home for Rental Mart but, with Turf & Rec‘s involvement this year, a Western Canada location was sought. This opened the door for both the WCTA and ATRF to come aboard.

Turf & Rec has proclaimed the September show offers “an unparalleled opportunity for exhibitors from the rental and turf maintenance industries, where attendees will be treated to a comprehensive exhibition featuring the latest in cutting-edge technology and services.”

Because the event is seen as an opportunity for building connections while introducing new products to the landscaping, sports field and golf sectors of the industry, it aligned with the goals of both the WCTA and ATRF. Both organizations are soon expected to announce the availability of continuing education credits for show attendees.
