User groups looking forward to new artificial turf surface at Regina’s Leibel Field

Playing surface costs $1.2 million

Regina’s Leibel Field is getting a new artificial turf surface in time for the beginning of August. The $1.2-million surface is from Beyond the Turf and is found in CFL stadiums. Athletes praise its safety contributions with a thickness of 2.5 inches.
