A Corner Brook, NL soccer field has come under fire over a gaping hole on the playing surface that could be an accident waiting to happen.
CBC News reports the uneven patch on the surface at Ambrose O’Reilly field measures two feet long by two feet wide and is four to six inches deep. A coach with the Corner Brook United Soccer Club’s minor soccer program said the hole could result in a player breaking his ankle or leg.
