Development of part of Millcroft Golf Club approved by Ontario Land Tribunal
Citizens' group plans to continue its fight
June 14, 2024 By Turf & Rec
The fight isn’t over for the Millcroft Against Bad Development (MAD) citizens’ group after approval was granted for development to take place at Burlington’s Millcroft Golf Club.
The Ontario Land Tribunal has given the green light for the development of about 90 homes and an apartment building on the golf course property.
Neighbouring residents have claimed development will have environmental consequences.
The golf course will remain but will be rendered smaller in size with development.

As reported by Insauga, both the City of Burlington and Halton Region oppose most of the development.
